Installation and service are the most profitable today, but an area for growth is Indoor Air Quality. Their main audience is homeowners
that are seeking repairs/installs/maintenance of air and furnaces. They also offer air quality solutions.
They are building a new website to make it mobile and user friendly. They want to create an easy funnel for customers to navigating by their need "I have a need to "Replace", "Repair", "Maintain" my Furnace or Air"
Their biggest his biggest differentiator is the customer service we provides (i.e. real people answer the phones) upon first contact with the customer regardless of what product or service they are looking for.

This page will be used for Air Conditioning System, Furnce, Indoor Air Quality, and the 4 personas: I am seeking.... "repairs on my unit", "replacement of my unit", "maintenance on my unit" and "indoor air quality solutions. Each of these pages should feature some testimonials with a lead-in to that page, and a lead-in to the coupons.
Measures of Success
Lead generation = meaning forms being filled out by qualified leads. They also want to increase education and awareness. Site needs to be mobile friendly / give a great user experience. The site should be simple to use and allow customer to quickly navigate or find (quickly) what they are looking for.
