LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Norwest Contractors is a commercial contractor that builds commercial interiors primarily for healthcare, general office, retail, industrial, and restaurant projects. The company also builds and renovates small buildings.

The company is committed to thorough estimates, and high quality workmanship at competitive prices. The companys tag line is Building Environments.

The company recently developed a distinct one of a kind facility called the Design Lab. The 2000 square foot Design Lab features current examples related to architectural treatments, case work, flooring, lighting, doors and a myriad of construction products that are used in commercial interiors. Designers and architects are invited to use the design lab even if they are not using the construction services of the company.

Norwest Contractors also accepts projects apart from our Design Lab; while we cross market the two services, both the Design Lab and Norwest Contractors retain separate identities.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need two logos that express our two distinct facets; Norwest Contractors to focus on our construction abilities with the emphasis and size of Norwest being dominant. The second is for Norwest Design Lab with the emphasis and size being on Design Lab The logos should look like they relate to one another.

The Norwest Contractors logo will be used on letterhead, business cards, brochures, emails, website, job-site signs, field workers shirts, on trucks and in ads which are typically run in professional magazines.

The Norwest Design Lab logo will be used on letterhead, business cards, emails, website, brochures, ads and on a building sign.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The Norwest Contractors audience is doctors & other healthcare professionals, building owners, small business owners, local commercial developers and landlords.

The Norwest Design Lab audience includes architects & interiors designers, primarily individuals and small firms; plus local developers and building owners. The Design Lab is an enormous advantage for all users; it effectively becomes a translator for the customer, design professional and contractor. The customer may not understand design terms but can direct the designer to what they do like; the designer now has clear direction from their client; and the contractor provides ongoing pricing to maintain the budget. Decisions are physically confirmed.

Clean, crisp, contemporary, easy to read, with a sense of style and quality.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

For certain uses the logo designs must be able to be stacked. Norwest on top of Contractors and Norwest on top of Design Lab even if that is not the primary way of presenting the logo.
