Ripples on the water, representing the influence a tiny pebble can have over a great area. The surface the ripples appear on should be geometric, to imply underlying attention to metrics and structure to the ripples. Please see accompanying samples.

I have uploaded an earlier logo (Sample 1) which is currently in use, showing how a few dozen contact points can create ripples that produce a global effect. For this new version, I want to portray ripples eminating from either a single point or no more than three points. In this new one, I want it to be ripples in a geometric grid, as shown in Sample 2. Samples 3 and 4 show how ripples from multiple points of impact could be used. The logo image should be easily used on a white background or reversed from a black background with equal effect. As in Sample 2, I favor having the ripples portrayed on a flat surface as opposed to a rounded or global one. But in Sample 2, I don't like the corners and would like to see the geometric surface fade out rather than making hard edges (i.e., if the geometric surface is halftone dots, the dots would grow smaller toward the edges of the image, then disappear. Looking for something VERY artistic.
