BBH Labs is the new global innovations unit of Bartle, Bogle, Hegarty, a creative advertising agency founded in 1982 and now operating from six offices around the globe.
BBH Labs mission is to pioneer and realize new marketing models using technology, transformation and collaboration as our tools.
In exploring new approaches to creative collaboration, we post this brief well aware of the debate around the Crowdspring business model within the design community. Our interest lies in finding fresh, new creative talent efficiently. It is not in our interest to undercut existing market value design fees.
Therefore we appeal to the www.crowdspring.community in the same way our prospective clients would approach ad agencies in an open pitch. We ask that designers submit only rough comps to this brief. The fee awarded to the winning design will be $500. We will then work with the designer to realize a polished visual brand identity (which should include letterhead and business cards). The fee for this work, including up to two rounds of revisions, is $1,500, a price we believe to be fair market value for a designer at the early stages of his or her career.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Our black sheep logo (http://www.bartleboglehegarty.com/) is a clear and iconic illustration of our beliefs. Feel free to build upon or playfully reference the current logo. But keep in mind this is simply one option. We are very interested in seeing options that in no way relate to our existing black sheep logo. For instance, someone mentioned that the Russian equivalent to the black sheep is a white crow. Not suggesting thats the answer either. Get creative!
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
