LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Hi, I run training courses for corporate clients. A company would ask me to run a course on Leadership, Presentation Skills, Consulting Skills ... stuff like that.
On these courses I take photos of the participants in certain activities and I also take photos of the flip charts we build on the course.
I'm also building a library of Screencasts.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
There are two key aspects to my project:
1. I would like to be able to put the photos that I take on my courses on my website. So that participants can view them after attending a course and being given a password.
2. I would like to have another password protected page that leads to a library of Screencast. Subscribers would be given a password and username to access and download the Screencasts.
In more detail ...
On the navigation panel on the left side of the website (www.impacthpt.com.au) there would be a tab that is titled something like 'Photos of You on an Impact Training Course.'
You would click on this tab and it would ask you for a password. I would need to be able to create and delete passwords from my office here in Sydney. There would be one password per organisation. For example all the people who attended Impact training that I ran at Company XYZ would have the same password.
After putting your password in you would arrive at a page that lists all the Training Courses that I have run for that organisation.
You would then click on the Training Course you attended and you would be able to see all the photos that I took from that program. I would need to be able to add and delete photos from my office in Sydney.

After putting your password in you would arrive at a page that lists all the Screencast topics available, a small overview of the Screencast content and a link. Ideally I would love this page to look like a mind map where like screencasts are connected. Sort of like http://www.elbow.co.uk/ and go to the gallery. ... but with my websites look and feel.
You would then click on the floating link/picture/icon and in some cases it would take you straight to the Screencast and in other cases It would take you to another page that lists sub topics under the initial topic.
Clients will be able to watch the Screencasts as streaming or as downloadable files in a variety of sizes. Small - IPod size, Medium - PC Screen size, Large - TV Screen size

So three questions come to mind at this stage ...
1. When can you start?
3. How much will you charge cost?
4. How long will it take you? (And the answer to this is of course dependant on me providing materials as well ... :)
