The Saver Magazine
What do you do?
We publish the largest coupon book in The Ohio State University area. We also have a website which allows students to view & print ads, flip thru a digital copy of our magazine and order food online.
Do you have a desired website screen size?
It should be created for a 1024x768 monitor, however the psd files should be 2,500 pixels wide so we can use images of the website within our print ads. We'll scale down the files before we slice them for the website.
How many pages (maximum of 5) do you need designed?
You should focus your efforts on designing just the home page and the Find a Business page. We'll have the top 2-3 designers build three more pages.

Style and Concept
What website design styles do you like?
http://grantwiant.com/#about (I like the nav bar and red rectangle. I also like the font and that the site is bold and clean.)
http://www.watchjournal.com/about-us.asp... (I like that it's bold and clean)
What colors do you want to see in your website design?
We have to have Ohio State's colors which are scarlet and gray. I would also like to use black if possible to help make the page pop.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?
Don't use blue and yellow together.
What adjectives should best describe your website design?
What content must be included in the website design?
See attached requirements document to know what content the site will include. This will help you build the navigation bar.
Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?
Visit our current site at TheSaver.com to get a feel for who we are. Note that the sections in the nav bar will change as we're adding and deleting sections from the site. Simply create the home page and the Find a Business page. That page will include buttons for all the items listed in section 2a of the requirements document. We'll have the top 2-3 designers build the three remaining pages.
