LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are Cloud Phone Computing (CPC), previously Chicago Business VOIP (CBV). We provide customized voice solutions to small businesses at affordable prices. We need a new website to compliment the new company name and other strategic business changes.
Here is the website we are currently working from: http://www.chicagobusinessvoip.com/
We DO NOT want our new website to resemble this old website.
Here is our new URL: www.cloudphonecomputing.com
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a website that is straigt forward and easy to navigate. The website will be primarily for prospective customers but will also be utilized by current customers. The website will contain our product info but more importantly have a 100% automated purchase process (advanced shopping cart). The customers will be able to answer a Q&A that will generate a customized quote. The quote can then be added to the shopping cart and the customer can submit their credit card info for the required automatic payments each month. Once the website has launched, we will need a way to easily make changes to the website such as: copy, pricing, upload customer documents. We also need a designer who can advise us on a company to host our site.
Once our new URL is launched with content, we would like our old URL (www.chicagobusinessvoip.com) and other URLs we own to somehow link to our new website.
Ascetically we want:
- a color palate to compliment the CPC logo (see attached)
- effective use of white space
-the tone can be lighthearted but still professional
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our customers are small businesses and entrepreneurs who need less than ten phone lines or less. With our name change, from Chicago Business VOIP to Cloud Phone Computing, we are bringing the company to a national level to draw forth customers not only in the Chicago land area.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Here are examples of website features we like:
Rotation in center of page under main navigation bar--> http://www.emc.com/?fromGlobalSiteSelect

ood use of white space, good color palate, uncluttered web pages --> http://www.digirad.com/
Good layout --> http://www.allscripts.com/
Good home page --> http://www.commtouch.com/
