We are a company called Gulf Processing Industries (GPI), established in 2004 in Dubai, and are a competitive player in food processing industry. We manufacture culinary products suited to the tastes of consumers in different regions and countries in Middle East, US, UK & europe. Herman is our flagship brand encompassing a wide range of culinary products spanning over 25 categories with over 150 SKUs / offerings, with a reach of over 40 countries across the globe. All products are manufactured in a safe and hygienic environment, thus ensuring that the product is of utmost quality and complies with all federal regulations (HACCP, 1SO 22000:2005. FSSC 22000:2010, BRC & HALAL certified).
Our competition varies across all the categories we're present in, however the key competition include Heinz, Hunt's, French's, Classico, Justin's, Skippy, etc.
Our core markets for the brand Herman include US, UK, Europe & Gulf countries. Hence our target audience is premium. SEC A, B, age range 18-45 years, consumers who are informed, follows brands & trends & are confident of their purchases, and love associating with brands that are unique or interesting even if they are new. Our age range is a bit vast due to the different categories we have & their applications.

Measures of Success
We would measure the website's success based on 1) User sessions (time spent), 2) Newsletter sign ups, 3) User visits (directed from our social media). We're trying to design a very modern, international, classy looking website which would deliver a high visual appeal to the user, where he/she would keep browsing to check out more and more.
(There are some websites which we would not close even after browsing, cos of how appealing it is to us. We're trying to create a similar magic here.)
Top 3 Things
1) We're a culinary/food brand. Our range is vast. Our tastes are suited to your palettes.
2) We're an international brand. Look at us, we're modern & could be there in your next purchase list.
2) We have Recipes. For whatever the mood, we have quick, easy & fun recipes.
Vision

Like mentioned before, a winning website is one where a user would spend a lot of time just browsing and going from one link to another. This may not just because of the content, but also due to the visual appeal that the colors & the images provide. There are some websites which we don't close even after browsing, but remain as an open tab even while we're browsing on other pages/websites. This might either be because we never left from that website but continued to another website. Or maybe we have opened other tabs to search for secondary information. We would like to create such an appeal.
