LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
I'm a specific upper cervical chiropractor catering to young professionals who want to maximize their time and energy by increasing their ability to respond to their environment and heal their bodies. Our focus is not on the spine, but on the nervous system, and on removing interference to allow maximum adaptation to stresses present in the lifestyle and environment. The clinic is called Santa Monica Specific.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need a web designer to help me create an online interface that will allow potential clients to learn about this unique service quickly and that will inspire them to take action and schedule their initial consultation. I will use an online scheduling software that will be incorporated into the New Client Center page. The site will be informative, simple, and inspiring.
Domain name: www.turnthepowerup.com
Possible tagline: Energy is the currency of success.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
I broadly define my target market as the thirty-something guy (or girl) who wears a yellow 'LIVESTRONG' bracelet (or at least is a fan of their facebook page), and specifically as a young professional 30-45 who balances busy work life with active personal life, very into socal media, watches ESPN, True Blood or Lost, might read Outside magazine, Womens Health and Fitness, Mens Fitness, likes to workout, bike, hike, golf or do other sports-related activities, and is probably having symptoms from sports-related injuries or a car accident in his or her younger days. This busy person likes to be on the cutting edge, and I'm working on branding Specific Upper Cervical chiropractic as the state of the art technique for maximizing health and energy levels.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Most spa websites have the clean, beautiful look that I want, but I also want something edgier and more intense than they usually have
www.ownyourdreampractice.com (like active, beautiful, inspiring images, and simple, useful design, and the font is ok,)
kaizenwellness.ning.com (visual impact of the homepage is nice, but the information layout is too cluttered)
www.allresco.com (like the beautiful simple design, but this is almost too brochure-like)
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Great images and simple, clean layout. Will display hours and link to blog on homepage, and will also ask for email address to be added to blog update/newsletter list.
Do Not want to see pictures of spines (or any other specific anatomy pictures) or hands on backs. Our focus is the nervous system as the operating system of the body.
