Style and Concept
WHAT STYLES DO YOU LIKE?
The website should have a clean design and not feel cluttered. We also want the site to have a Hawaii feel to it (meaning the site should communicate or convey that it has roots/relevance to living and working in Hawaii, but we don't need the site infused with meaningless (trite) Hawaii icons/images - the content and the contributing practitioners will make the Hawaii connection clear). This should be done with subtlety as to make it authentic (the logo itself may achieve much of this). We already have a logo and would like this incorporated into the site.
We also want the website to grab your attention and be intriguing. We are supportive of more creative, design-inspired entries. The supplied mockflow shows all the structural elements that we desire in the site, but please modify graphics / menu locations / other parts as you see fit to increase the effectiveness of the website design. The site should be easy to use and find the relevant information our audience is searching for.
