LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Fichtner Ltd. is a wealth management company based in the Czech Republic, Europe. We are committed to both wealth generation and wealth protection for our clients.

- 40 % of our clients are UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) with assets of EUR 10m to EUR 40m, usually former business owners, who have already sold their companies to strategic investor. Those clients are men, age of 35 to 45. They are clever people who established their companies 10 to 15 years ago, started them from zero and now they successfully sold them. They are bright, dynamic entrepreneurs.

- 40 % of our clients are HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) with assets of EUR 1m to EUR 10m. Those are usually current business owners of typical age of 35 to 45. The only difference from the first group of clients is that these clients have not sold their companies yet.

- 20 % of our clients are top and middle managers of largest companies (typical sectors IT, Telco, Financial Services), successful lawyers and smaller entrepreneurs typically very high income employees, top 10 % of population from the income perspective.

We are internally structured as a typical private bank. Our competitors are private banks, for example Sal. Oppenheim (www.oppenheim.cz) or J&T Bank (www.jtbank.cz).

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a new company web. The main aim of the new web is acquisition of new clients. The web should provide evidence that our cooperation would be beneficial form them. Another, minor purpose of the new web is to provide entry for our existing clients into clients zone, where they can get services we provide them.

Therefore, the most desired action (MDA) we want the visitor to perform is to fill in a form to arrange a meeting with our wealth consultant by clicking on a magical button Arrange a Meeting. Why magical? Because thats the most important button of the web, it will bring us new clients. All routes on the web should lead to this sole button.

The winning design should evoke credibility, transparency and experience, all wrapped in a deluxe style. The visitor of the web site should find the information he/she is looking for easily and fast.

We need design of 4 types of web pages. Description of these pages can be found in the attached word document Required_pages.doc

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our clients are rich, intelligent and very successful people entrepreneurs and top and middle managers of large corporations, successful lawyers and other professional services providers. Our web should leave the following impression:

- Credibility, transparency and experience

- Luxury service, deluxe

- Airy, with lots of free space, not overcrowded with information

- Decent, calm (not aggressive), visitor is able to orient on the website intuitively

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

Fonts and colors of the new web should reflect the nature of our companys logo. Please bear in mind, that fonts used on the pages have to be compatible with Czech language (which uses diacritics).
