LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
This landing page will be for a 'side project'. Designed to host and display a trivia game, for external users.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Truly, we are very open for the design. We've come up with vague ideas between ourselves, but they're all somewhat contradictory, so we don't know where exactly to go...which is where you (the designer) comes in for us!
The main thing that we're universally set on, is the black (dark) background base. Additionally, with that, of having a central box on the page, that would house the trivia question at the moment. Within this box would be the question, and the answer. We don't need any submit button, or anything like this. The site does not need to be interactive with the users/viewers.
Above the central box, housing the trivia question, we would like another box that would contain an image, and some text, that would house the award for the trivia question, and some very brief text about said award.
Somewhere else on the page we would like an area that would eventually house a chart (bar-type?) that contain the answers to-date, broken up by choice (i.e. 10% A, 20% B, so forth and so-on). We are also open to any other 'areas' that would display worthwhile, trivia-related, items.
Additionally we would need sections of the page designated to interact with both Twitter and Facebook. As well as a few small links linking to standard webpage sections such as 'Register', 'Contact Us', 'About Us', 'Terms', etc.
We're working on the logo currently, this may also become a separate project to be posted here. In the meantime, any placeholder will work.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We're looking for a modern/contemporary/'fun' look. In general, the simpler, the better. It should be appealing, and eye-catching. Anything trivia-themed, trivia-based is a definite plus.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Anything resembling 'who wants to be a millionaire' would be a good start.
