LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
TigerTeam is an IT consultant company that provides help for larger companies, in mainly financial, governmental, transportation and medical equipment.
Our business idea is to provide the companies with a project jump start, where we can provide a tool box, consisting of best practices in project management, development methods, development tools and languages. A TigerTeam is a team of experts that, tailored to the customers needs and the characteristics of the projects, can provide skilled professionals, education and training, mentoring and hands-on work in the project. Our goal is to be able to provide better quality in a shorter timeframe, using our toolbox, than the customer is used to otherwise.
Our motto is Lean Thinking and to us it means that we strive to achieve the goals of the business with as little overhead as possible. Always focusing on the business needs and helping IT to get those needs implemented quickly without too much administrative overhead. Bridging business and IT is really important to us, using Lean principles when addressing business processes and Agile development practices to make them into real solutions
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a website that signals our basic values. Focus on the problems and tasks, minimizing the overhead. A design that puts content over form, so to speak.
The site must contain these areas/sections:
Front page: Here we would like to list the things an IT department would like to achieve and to be able to link to explanations to how we can solve it. Could be things such as: Lift in competences, Motivated and enthusiastic employees, Being able to deliver on time and budget..
Who we are: A description of the 4 founders of TigerTeam and links to our CVs
Our concept: Where we describe the TigerTeam idea and concept
Services: Where we describe what services we can provide. Can be divided into, Tools, Methods, mentoring and training
Downloads: Where our customers can download our tools, templates and the like.
Information: Our blogs and whitepapers
Contact us: Goes without saying
Later we will need a customer login page too, but that is not important in this first version.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our main audience is managers in both IT and business departments, Project managers and IT professionals.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We must have a simple, clean, light and fresh looking website without too many bells and whistles. Clear colours and simple artwork that enhances the feeling of that we can keep the promise of little overhead to our customers.
Our Logo, company name and slogan must be kept as it is. The logo, the company name TigerTeam and the slogan Lean Thinking are all registered trademarks.
We would also like our website to stand out from the crowd, meaning that it should not look like all the other IT/Consulting companies websites, just with a different colour scheme, so please be creative. We see a major shift in how IT solutions and projects are approached and carried out, so we would like not to look like the old school companies.
Next step for us will be design of stationary, letterheads, envelopes, business cards, PowerPoint and word templates, templates for brochures and the like, so it would be nice if the graphical profile of the web site can be carried over to these medias.
The content on the site will be mainly in Danish, but you can of course submit your suggestions in English.
