LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
The Cash Store is a broker for short-term payday advances. The Company operates under two branch banners: The Cash Store and Instaloans, who act as brokers to facilitate payday advance services to income-earning customers. We have 423 locations across Canada and offer several products and services other than payday loans.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
This site would be only for our "The Cash Store" brand (logo included).
It is meant to replace our current (outdated) site at http://www.cashstore.ca but will follow, content-wise, fairly closely.
Our parent site at http://www.csfinancial.ca is functional, which we like, but lacks any sort of excitement or funkiness.
A focus on people is the theme of the site as opposed to cash/money focused which many other similar companies use. Our tagline is Financial Convenience. Everyday people (image attached).
We need 2 pages
1. A landing page with the following
The Landing Page should contain:
Our logo and our tag line
A feature area as the focus that scrolls through our various product/service offerings:
Term Loans/Line of Credit
Payment Protection Plan
We also need prominent links on the main page to.
Find a Branch Near You (A store finder with an area to type in a postal code and a distance selection)
( We have a partnership in place with the ADF ( Alberta Diabetes Foundation), where we have committed to raising $7.5 million over 7 years. We have a series of fun runs/walks scheduled from June to November across Canada in 21 cities called Cash Store Financial's Freedom Run. We have a logo for this initiative - also attached.)
On a separate navigation bar with drop down menus (this will be the top bar that would ideally stay on sub-pages) we need the following categories

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
A varied selection of people from all income groups with differing levels of web experience. Our motto of Financial Convenience. Everyday People might help.
Neither male nor female are more prominent.
Our competitive advantage is our high level of customer service (hence the people focus).
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like the organization and simplicity of this one.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We absolutely need a feature area that will scroll through all of our products and services.
We need to have a people focus. Happy people.
The green in our logo needs to be used on the page but does not need to be the most prominent (in fact we would prefer if it wasn't)
We do not want images of money. This includes dollar signs, ATMs or Cash.
