What do you do?

Renovatio (known as Magways before the re-branding) is a relatively small (around 15 people working in company at the moment), family-run business, which was co-founded by two friends, experts in automotive service, who were passionate about cars and wanted to apply their skills and knowledge in a personal business.

The company has more than 10 years of experience under the belt on such highly competitive market of after-sales services as Moscow. Offering an individual approach and high-quality service to each client, our company had already scored a good reputation among many owners of cars. Renovatio is not dealing with mechanical repairs of cars: engines, transmissions, suspensions and others. For the moment, it only works with the visual part of the car (exterior, interior), so our business could be best described as a visual aesthetics company.

Renovatio CS offers following services:
Exterior: bodywork repair (even severely damaged), full paint job, selected parts paint job, vinyl stickers application (from single parts like spoilers and rear-view mirrors to full body coverage), air brushing, polishing, waxing, etc

Interior: bespoke interiors design and development (only high quality leather and alcantara are used), restoration of damaged interiors (removing cuts, scratches, burns, heavy polluted interiors), dry-cleaning of interior

Electronics: integration of additional electronics into car (alarms, multimedia systems, etc)

Describe the target audience for your website design

Our TA could be split into two main parts:
B2C (primary)
1. Owners of new and used premium and luxurious cars (BMWs, Porsches, Range Rovers, etc) living in Moscow. Men, aged 30-50, with high and very high income. Love to keep their cars in perfect visual condition and come to us to maintain the perfect look of their cars: polishing, waxing, interior dry cleaning. Some of them want to make exclusive air brushing or matte paint job which is pretty popular at the moment. Many of these people also come to us to repair bodywork damage.
2. Owners of new mid-class cars (like Mazda 6, Honda Accord, Kia Ceed) and used entry-premium (5-7 year old BMWs, Audis, MB, etc) who would like to improve the visual aesthetics or refresh the look of their cars. Men, 25-35 y.o., with average and above average income level. They also come to us for features which were unavailable in their cars from the factory - bespoke interiors from leather or suede, custom paint job or vinyl stickers. Many of them also come to repair the bodywork damage.

B2B (secondary)
Fleet-managers of automotive dealerships and used-cars sales managers who are responsible for test-drive vehicles, trade-in vehicles, press-parks and other types of corporate vehicles

All of our clients value their time and high quality of work, and these are the main reasons behind their choice of our company. They do understand that there are a lot of companies that offer same services at lower prices, but our clients dont want to compromise the quality and they are ready to pay more so wed like to pay them back and surround them with respectable atmosphere of private club for automotive enthusiasts.
A very important moment is that we dont create a private club where the regular person cant get in; we only create such an image. Everyone could become our client any enjoy our services in case hes ready to pay for them.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your website design

Almost none of the companies operating on the market have brands. They have signs, ads, websites but not brands. We want to become a brand. And the new visual identity should help us make this strategic move ahead. As far as things which should be communicated via the website are concerned, the list would be following:
1.Premium atmosphere of private (although being public!) club for automotive enthusiasts
2.Modernity and laconism
3.Professionalism
