Luis Rodriguez Managing Partner Luis is a founding partner of ROVI Properties, LLC. Luis manages the company’s day-to-day operations and directs strategy for new investment opportunities. Luis has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment. Over the course of 25 years, he has led the acquisition, management and repositioning of office buildings and industrial assets throughout Florida. David joined the company in March 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate principal investing, CRE loan restructuring, workouts and CMBS loan originations. Prior to joining ROVI, David was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. in New York, within the commercial real estate restructuring and asset management division of the LBHI Bankruptcy Estate. In this role, he managed a portfolio of 35 non-performing debt and equity positions for properties across the Northeast, with a combined recovery value of over $350 million. Prior to the Lehman bankruptcy, David was a Senior Associate at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., where he worked in a CMBS originations capacity within the Global Real Estate Group. We identify opportunities where we can build property value through active management, redevelopment and implementation of innovative leasing strategies. “Value-add” investors are traditionally defined by short-term, “quick-flip” investment strategies. At ROVI Properties, we believe in patient, long-term value enhancement. As we formulate repositioning strategies for each of our properties, we consider strategies that create a more stable tenant base, minimizes tenant rollover and creates long-lasting relationships. To accommodate our longer-term investment objectives, we consistently align ourselves with long-term funding sources. This permits us to be patient, and execute our strategies the right way.
