LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
www.pokerdelta.com has been on the web for about 8 months. It is a small community of poker players, which I want to grow to a large network of poker enthusiasts. I own the domain and business. The current design and structure is based on Joomla cms. The new design and structure will be completely coded from scratch.
1) What is it?
A community platform for poker and gaming enthusiasts.
2) What does it look like?
It looks like a virtual distributed clubhouse for its members to: interact, socialize and publish, share experiences and resources, learn how to improve your game, get coached or coach, engage in projects together, enjoy economic benefits, get discounts and special and exclusive offers to travel, leisure, and lifestyle offerings, establish businesses and make money, teams and leagues, find others that share; geographic, social, interest based, economic, travel and other common goals, and have fun doing all of it.
3) What does it look like visually to the individual user?
Control center, dashboard, cockpit, modular, customizable, user controlled.
4) What are the features:
News, general and specific according to user request, user generated articles and professional articles both, editorial and commentary, podcasts, blogs, vlogs (user generated and outside), latest industry specific rankings, staking offers, rideshares, gamefinders, reputation information, friends news, chat rooms, coaching, forums, the bad beat, the daily lesson, sensational moments, good entertainment including featured webisodes.
5) Why do people want to come to it?
To get all of the following and more in one place. To save themselves time and effort spent searching for the following. Interest, centralized news, offers, and information. Exciting layout. To meet people with common interests. To Improve their skills. Getting the latest gossip. Entertainment. To purchase stuff. To manage their reputation and learn how to improve their ranking. To get staked and to stake. To update your friends. To play against others to get rated, ranked and improve it. Rewards for high rating.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I need a website-mockup as an illustration or as a non-functional website based on the basic modular architecture of features and information I have created in the attached powerpoint slide.
It will be used as part of presentations to investors, as a demo on the web as well as our basis for the web-designers and programmers.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
There are around 180 million regular poker players worldwide, between 60-80 million of them from the US.
Our audience are all of these poker players as well as hobby players, poker and gambling enthusiasts. As poker is a mirror of our societies, demographics also look like it with the exclusion of young people up to legal age.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
still searching....will communicate it later.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Please use our logo as attached.
It needs to be simple, user-friendly, not a crowded look despite all the information it might have.
Users will be able to chose modular apps and put them in certain places within the website frame like facebook or yahoo or iGoogle.
