Target Audience

What is your industry?

Photography

Describe the target audience for your website design

25 to 40 years old, college or post graduate education, professional or ex-professional, annual income of $100,000+.

She's well-read and well-traveled, keen on music and seeks out cultural experiences (museums, gallery showings, independent film and theater) on a regular basis. She's a little bit of a nostalgic, and feels we may be losing our taste for the simple things in life. She watches a little TV but bemoans the lack of quality programming. She'll visit Starbucks but prefers the local independent coffee shops.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your website design

High-end, classic, a hint of nostalgia.

How is your company different from your competitors?

It's not about 'quirky' and I'm not shouting about how 'fun' I am. I want to create timeless works of personalized art that will hang on my clients walls and be treasured for years to come. I'm about sincerity and real, deep and lasting connections.

Style and Concept

What colors do you want to see in your website design?

I'm ok with shades of grey because the most important thing on the website is the photographs. Also I feel that greys convey a certain gravity and class that speaks to the work I do. But I'm open to change.......

What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?

Teal

What adjectives should best describe your website design?

Classic, calm, dignified.

What content must be included in the website design?

The word 'Juna' as a logo in the 1871 Dreamer Script font.
I want a well-designed, well laid out homepage which will serve as a master page for further pages. There will be a mixture of 'info' pages and image galleries. I'll be implementing the design myself and once I have a good layout for the homepage (most likely with an intro gallery) and an info page, I'll be good to go.

Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?

I'm really fond of the vintage wallpaper pattern which I currently have on the website, and I'd like to extend this to future designs.
I should say that I don't hate my current website by any means, but I designed it myself and I recognize its limitations. I feel it lacks that veneer of professional design and that's I'm hoping to gain.
