PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

A Coffee Table Book
Made of top quality and glossy paper, this 60 page-book will be something to keep and share with friends. Composed mainly of photos, it will not only highlight the interior and exterior of each villa in detail, but also the staff, the food, and the activities available in the villas surroundings. It will also explain the services and commitment that LR offers to its guests.
A Website Showroom
The Novo Collection will have its own dedicated website to properly showcase these elite properties. Developed with the latest technologies, it will include an electronic version of the coffee table book, a slideshow of professional imagery for each villa, plus interactive maps, location tools integrating Google Earth, and content sharing tools. Like in the Coffee Table Book, a large place will be given to photos and to the description of the experience at the villa (staff, food, activities...).

An Experience Film
Like the book, the objective of this 2 min video will be to sell the villa experience through the 12 villas of the Novo Collection. Showing people and families in situ, it will include views of the villas (interior and exterior), interviews with the staff, interviews with LRs on-site team, and testimonials of affluent, satisfied guests.
Spec Catalogues
Affluent clients pay attention to details and want to be sure of what they are getting before they make their reservation. For this reason, people inquiring about a villa in the Novo Collection will receive, by mail or email, a complete brochure including very detailed information about the property (furniture, amenities, etc), many professional pictures (interior and exterior, staff, food), information about the services available, the activities, the shops, the region etc
