LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a new real estate investment, development, management and leasing firm.
The founding partners of the firm are relatively young (32 and 29) with strong pedigrees and significant experience in the industry.
We want a clean, strong uncluttered and easy to navigate website.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We want all of the content, pictures, etc.. for our landing page and secondary pages to be visible on a web browser that fills the entire screen as soon as it is opened without having to scroll down.
On the landing page only, we want an area along the left hand side of the page for News
On the secondary pages we will need enough room to add a paragraph of text that briefly describes our capabilities in that field.
We would like to incorporate pictures of tall buildings in Texas and the major Texas skylines to help break up the monotony of the site, but this is not a requirement. (you can just create a spot for the photos and drop in a screen shot of a building and we will purchase the stock photos and stick them in the template when we have it coded).
On the landing page and Contact Us page, we need an area where people can put their email address in to sign up for our quarterly market updates, latest news or if they would like to have us contact them regarding a need they may have.
Each page should have a footer for our address, email and phone number.
We would like to see both the landing page and secondary page with and without a border as was done on the following landing page:
Landing / Home Page
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Institutional Investors, building owners, corporate real estate users (Fortune 500 firms), real estate brokers and the general public.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like the following websites:
www.hines.com very clean and classic landing page, but some of the secondary pages can tend to get a little wordy and feel a little dated.
www.transwestern.net another good, clean professional landing page but it still feels a little cluttered with all of the verbage. We like that the pictures of the buildings break up the monotony of the various pages.
www.trammellcrow.com we like this landing page a lot, but dont care for any of the stuff below the search box. If the landing page was just the stuff on the page from the gray bar with Home, About Us, Etc.. up that would be great.
www.camdenliving.com although even this site can tend to be a little too busy for us.
www.streamrealty.com we like the landing page, but not a huge fan of the secondary pages.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We want the site to look very strong, clean, crisp and elegant.
