LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Sunshine Suites is a provider of on-demand office space in New York City. We cater to highly mobile, independent professionals, startups and small businesses. Our offices provide an aesthetically attractive, and professional place to work for those who would normally be working from home or struggling to pay Manhattan rents. Additionally, our community is a huge asset for everyone involved. There are over 400 small businesses in 2 locations, so there are always events, sports teams, and networking opportunities to promote the success happiness of every one of our customers.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking to overhaul of our site and bring it more inline with our current service offering. We really like the simplicity of design that is coming out recently and are looking for more of a "web 2.0" look.
Our primary product is full time desk space at one of our locations. Some changes have occurred since our last site was built. We only have 2 offices now ( Flatiron is closed). Also, we would like to feature our pricing in a prominent fashion. Our pricing sheet will be attached below (coming...)
We also want to feature 2 new products that are becoming an important part of our business.
The first is our Virtual Office, a service which allows members to receive mail at one of our locations, and includes 2 hours of conference room usage per month.
Second New product is our Office Network, which will allow members to get discounts at other on demand office spaces throughout the world at a discounted rate.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Our audience is relatively young (25-45), extremely connected to technology ( blackberries, iphones, laptops), and socially aware. They expect a high level of attention to detail and value aesthetics. Some of our heaviest industries are fashion, advertising, media, tech/web, and finance.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Our current site:
Related Companies:
http://eoffice.net -- there are others who directly compete with us but this is our favorite site of the lot
http://www.manhattanministorage.com/ -- our management likes this site a lot
We like 'web 2.0' style:
http://www.mosso.com/ -- I think we have a lot in common with hosting companies
etc.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
* large prominent region for our video/photo tour
* large prominent region for concise description of our business
* featured bubbles or zones for each of our 3 services mentioned above
* feature testimonials
