Target Audience

What is your industry?

Retail shopping center advertisment

Describe the target audience for your website design

Our audience is both "mom and pop" shops (local barber shops, mailbox stores, restaurants) and large corporations.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your website design

We want our tenants businesses to have a maximum amount of exposure.
We are professional in what we do.
We are always available to communicate/discuss their needs with them.

How is your company different from your competitors?

Not many landords are necessarily interested in helping their tenants gain more exposure, which is our main focus.

Style and Concept

What website design styles do you like?

http://www.ncounter.com/ - This website looks very clean and professional, yet still fun and creative. On this home page, there is a picture slide show that has one picture of coffee mugs that looks like an aerial view. I would like something creative like this but with our light pole, bench and trash bin if possible - that would really be impressive.
http://www.wsparkdental.com/ - this website is very professional and clean looking. I like the "make an appointment tab on the home page, ours would say "order your ad".
http://www.gadzooksaz.com/index.html - I like this site because its very architectual

What colors do you want to see in your website design?

Different shades of green.
Grey
White
All the colors need to pop!

What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?

Yellow
Orange

What adjectives should best describe your website design?

Creative, professional, easy to use, fluid, clean.

What content must be included in the website design?

I will attach content for the website design.
I would like a "Home Page", "Contact Page", "The work and results page", a page where our tenants may download the "order form" and a page called "our approach". I will include pictures of a bench, a trash bin, and light pole banners, which should be on "the work and results" page. I need the actual bench and trash bin and light pole to stay the way they are in the pictures, but the backgrounds of the pictures can be changed to match the webpage (I would prefer this). Also, you may change the words/picture inside the trash bin ad panals and same goes with the light pole banners. I want to stay away from the "template look" as I think its cheesy. Please be as creative as possible!

Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?

This website cannot resemble a "cartoon look" as our marketing company is a subsidary of our commercial development company. I like clean lines and clean looking colors. Our logo will be completed by 7/29. Please tell me where you would place our logo.
I dont like sounds or music on websites. Im also want limited animation.
