What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your website design
The image we want to portray is fresh but corporate. WE have a colourful logo design and we want to use this colour palette with the brighter colours used sparingly as highlights. Our market is business buyers but we want them to be excited by the freshness of the offering, its ease of use and ability to deliver real benefits quickly. Three key features:
3 Ease of use
How is your company different from your competitors?
This product is quite unique in that it is developed specifically for call centers. Competitors often build a product for such things as computer software troubleshooting and then let the call center try and modify the product to meet their own requirements. Answer Path is targeted at call centers, built by people who know call centers. The product lets you develop scripts or wizards that are then output as html to work on any browser platform. This sets us apart from other call center software providers who may try to develop scripts that are used in their proprietary software.
Style and Concept
What website design styles do you like?
Sites that appeal to us with their look and feel, layout include:
For the pricing page we really like the basecamp signup page http://basecamphq.com/signup, also the Xero pricing page http://www.xero.com/pricing/
Blog summary page should allow for highlighted and recent blog posts. Social media subscription buttons. Display small snippets of the blog post. Tag cloud and a chronological list of posts in a side bar. (Note that we intend to use wordpress as the CMS for the site and the blog).
What colors do you want to see in your website design?
See attached logo design. Palette to be used as highlights
What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?
Nothing clashing with the logo palette
What adjectives should best describe your website design?
Clean, professional, reassuring (youve come to the right place), simple, uncluttered.
Wish to give the impression that youve found the right place, here is how we can solve your problem, it is going to be easy to take action.
What content must be included in the website design?
Please see the attached balsamiq files - Home Page & Squeeze Page, include all the text, headings and elements in this file.
Also note the logo design files.
Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?
We want the look and feel of the logo design to inform the website design. The logo is the basis for your design.
We intend to use Wordpress as the CMS for the website and the blog. Your design will need to be compatible with Wordpress templates. Skinning and setting up the CMS will be done separately from this design process.
