How is your company different from your competitors?
HR is not generally seen as a commercially focused business function, whereas commercialism is at the heart of what beststart does. The work that we do has a direct impact on the performance of the businesses that we work with. Our consultants are highly experienced, and of very high calibre. Our service delivery is exceptional.
Style and Concept
What website design styles do you like?
The site must be visually appealing, and we would like to tell our story through imagery, with a large amount of current copy stripped out. Strong imagery using photographs rather than styalised imagery would probably work best, but the imagery must be relateable to what we do. The relation can be abstract, and informed by headlines, for example a photo of a school of fish may be used to demonstrate colaboration.
We do NOT like the standard stock imagery of smiling happy people shaking hands or sitting round a desk in an office.
We are looking to move away from the typical list of drop down menus across the top of the page.
We offer a free HR audit, which could be incorporated into a good call to action on the home page.
http://www.insight-hr.co.uk is a decent example, but we would obviously like to differentiate as they are a competitor.
