ORGANIZATION?
The Wharton Africa Business Forum (WABF) is an integral component of the Wharton Global Business Forum, the pre-eminent business school event addressing the major economic, social and political trends affecting Africa, Asia, Europe, India and Latin America.
The theme of the 16th annual WABF is "Catalyst: Taking Africa from Promise to Power" and it will be held November 8th, 2008 at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
WHAT?
This specific project is a request for a website header. We would also like to incorporate the design into our print material and website template design.
We would like to find a long-time partner who we can use repeatedly for future conferences and grow the relationship into full website design/creation/maintenance and/or print design.
DETAILS:
The header should tie the themes of Africa and business in a professional, yet visually appealing way. Historically we have found website headers with some sort of graphic/image incorporated to be more attractive than others.
The banner must contain the name "Wharton Africa Business Forum" or "16th Annual Wharton Africa Business Forum."
Optional:
The header may contain the following root categories:
Welcome
Keynotes
Panels
Career Fair
Business Plan Competition
Sponsors/Partners
Schedule
Registration
WABF Team
AUDIENCE:
A sampling of our typical audience includes business professionals, potential sponsors, invited dignitaries, academics, investors, graduate students, and politicians.
CAUTION:
We would not like headers with jungle themes or the inclusion of any other potentially negative connotations/stereotypes. Please provide submissions that graphically capture the theme "Catalyst: Taking Africa from Promise to Power."

Please refer to the following website headers for reference:
