We need display ads that will promote the NewHire software as service. They will predominately run on job boards. The ads will lead to a landing page on the NewHire website allowing the person who clicked the ad to learn more and request more information. Possible URLs for the landing page could be:

or a page with a flash tour www.new-hire.com/applicant-screening/
The ads do not have to reflect the identical look and feel of the promotional landing page, but they should fit closely if possible. They also need to incorporate a visual aspect that will catch peoples eyes it must be interesting to view. We need two sizes:
Less than 32K
Flash accepted with embedded URL (back up gif recommended for users without flash)
GIF/JPEG Files/HTML accepted
