What do you do?
We design help desk and customer service software.
Do the ad banners need to meet specific size requirements?
If you build 300x600px banners, we can adapt them to the other sizes we need them to be in.
How many different size variations of the ad banner do you need designed?
Rather than having one ad needing to be redesigned into several sizes, we are hoping to get 2 ads designed only as 300x600px, and we will modify them into the different sizes we need. Further ad design may be needed by the artist awarded this project for subsequent ads.
What is your industry?
Software and InfoTech
Describe the target audience for your ad banner design
Buyers of IT help desk and customer service software
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your ad banner design?
Ad 1: Our software has a very robust "rules" engine that automates complex processes. Some in the industry have started saying their capability is "artificial intelligence," which is a stretch. We want to communicate to our audience that "the line between artificial intelligence and human intelligence is iSupport."
Ad 2: We find that new customers are often those who purchased inexpensive help desk software initially, and now have grown to need a more robust solution. We want an ad that captures an "are you ready to move to the next level of help desk software" idea.
How is your company different from your competitors?
We have been providing these types of solutions for 24 years. Our support is responsive and helpful. Our software is all-inclusive (we don't nickle and dime to add features). We develop major/minor releases regularly and add features from customer requests. We're the oldest privately-owned, continually-operating company in the help desk software market.

Please visit www.isupport.com to get an overall idea of current corporate branding. Design can push edges of what we have but it must not look so different that users feel the image is out of place on our site. I have also attached copies of our corporate logo.
