What do you do?
Real Estate Broker
Do the ad banners need to meet specific size requirements?
1200 x 628 (facebook ad)
How many different size variations of the ad banner do you need designed?
one I guess. This is my first ad, so I'm not sure exactly what other sizes I may need.
What is your industry?
Real Estate and Construction
Describe the target audience for your ad banner design
First Time Home Sellers, 30 - 50 yr olds, $100,000+ per year, moving up to their next home, most have some college education or a bachelors degree, growing families, I'm targeting the city of Cedar Park.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your ad banner design?
I create control and decrease stress
I use the latest technology in my field
I am experienced and trustworthy
How is your company different from your competitors?
I manage every aspect of the transaction and leave nothing flapping in the wind. I am analytical and data driven.
Style and Concept
What ad banner design styles do you like?
simple and easy to follow. I feel like the website is sort of contemporary, so a similar feel would be great.
What colors do you want to see in your ad banner design?
I'd like it to pull some of the greens and grays from the website, as well as any complementary colors that create interest. The site also has buttons and pics with reds and oranges in it that complement the background colors.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your ad banner design?
Nothing too bright, like a lot of orange or yellow.
What adjectives should best describe your ad banner design?
eye catching, professional looking, a little bit like a "deal" so that it is enticing to click, but not so much that it is cheesy
What content must be included in the ad banner design?
A lot of Realtors use their photo in advertisements, so I included mine. However, it does not need to be the featured element or stand out in a big way.
I am offering a Free Guide for First Time Home Sellers, a free Pricing Analysis, and $1,000 savings off the listing fee for those planning to sell in 2017. The spring buying season starts in March. It needs to include my name "Christina Catalano," title "Real Estate Broker," Business "Catalano & Associates Realty" and phone "(512) 413-354".
Do you have additional requirements or links you'd like to share?
the website I'm trying to drive clicks to is www.FirstTimeHomeSellerGuide.com
there is good content there,
