LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Dead Heroes is a new UK clothing label. Because the world really needs another one. We have a few things going for us that most don't. We have some money, proper administration, people with real business and marketing backgrounds and all kinds of other useful stuff. One of us is even in a proper band. We wish to design, produce and sell clothing. We like sneakers, vintage custom motorcycles, guitars, girls, sarcasm, hardcore, comics, New York City and being at gigs you missed. We already have some designers, maybe some of them also work here. 47.000 designers ? Some of you MUST be on the same wavelength as us.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a tshirt design incorporating the brand name 'dead heroes'. As gash as it sounds we'd like to hint at the interests detailed above. The design is to be a 'Illustrator 9' file and in physical terms needs to be reproduced at a maximum of 20 inches long and 16 inches wide. We're paying $300 for the design, but will also work out a royalty payment per shirt sold. We're pretty trustworthy, and we REALLY want to build relationships with the right designers. Good design is everywhere, stunning design is hard to find. We're building a really good, but accessible brand
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We're trying to appeal to a pretty broad spectrum. Older teenagers through to older and more informed buyers. People with a rock music sensibility ( Jesus that sounds gash ). We're inventing our own demographic by the sound of it. Rock music fans with a clue ? That's not much better. Under achieving white males 15-30 ? The people behind Dead Heroes are all 30 + but are in denial. Maybe the people wearing our tshirts would be interchanging them with band shirts, maybe that makes sense. We're selling these shirts in the 20 - 25 range.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
As a company we love Stussy, we'd love to build a similar company.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We absolutely must have 'dead heroes' prominently in the design. Absolutely no skulls or guns or roses unless they are absolutely blisteringly novel in their use. We don't want humour or ironic logo manipulation
