What do you do?
HungerU is an initiative of the Farm Journal Foundation (a non-profit 501c3). We have a massive semi trailer that travels around the country engaging and educating college students about the hunger crisis that is taking place around the corner and around the world. We help them understand that farmers and agriculture are our best defense in helping feed a hungry world. We typically park our trailer in the middle of campus and it unfolds into a mobile education classroom with 7 60" flat screens, games, ipads, and adult size pedal tractors. Its a blast for everyone.
