Koalas, superheros, fun

This is shirt for kids and adults. we need to have a koala image or name because that is the mascot of our school.
Our theme this year is superheros. Perhaps a caped koala or a superman-like logo as seen on the attached? FYI - the attached file was done by our t-shirt printer. It's obviously amateurish and not terribly original. The concept is fine - but the execution is awful. Use it as a starting point if you wish.... or do something totally different with the ideas of koalas, superheros, kids and school.... Good luck!
