Style and Concept
What clothing design styles do you like?
Trying hard to avoid cheesey looking illustrations. Perhaps a Grecian Urn type design might work?
How many colors should be used in the design?
Full color- but I'm open to suggestions.
What colors do you want to see in your clothing design?
What colors do you NOT want to see in your clothing design?
No preference, but the design should not be too "loud."
What adjectives should best describe your clothing design?
Geeky but super cool.
How will you use the clothing design?
For online t-shirt shop and museum sales.
What must be included in the clothing design?
Clothing design must promote Achilles, in his role as hero of Homer's Iliad. Any design references to specific parts of the Iliad will be considered a huge plus. I am looking for an emphasis on Achilles' rage.
The second prize will go to either the second best Achilles design, or to a design centered around any other character (Odysseus, Agamemnon, Helen, etc.) or scene from the Homeric epics.
Do you have additional info or links you'd like to share?
Here are the first lines in Greek. If you could work them it, it would be great.
Also, uploading a very simple design I worked up a while back- obviously looking to improve/change it drastically.
