i like the homepage of the website, the colors, and imagery used.. great website!
i like the colors of this website, and i believe it matches our logo. also very simple and straight forward formatting. does not feel cluttered
Something to go with the logo..
Calm colors like fudgehouse.co.uk
Photography and illustration on the home page (something like ideaware.co)
Landing page should be straight to the point, with a call for action to sign up
Avoid florescent colors
Professional, Expert, Clean, Neat
Page 0 - Landing Page
-This page should have a sign up form for both users and experts.
-Also a place for a video that will play and explain the concept of the website.
-Need a nice looking chart that explains the process of asking a question (something similar to the design of http://www.pointlesscorp.com/) but that has the 3 steps as follows, ask a question, pick your expert, get an asnwer)
-It should mention that we are in beta.
-It should have social sharing buttons.
-It should have a place where we can survey people about their preferences on the categories available (e.g. who are you more likely to ask a question to: 1)doctor, 2)lawyer, 3)visa professional 4)other____?
Page 1 - Home Screen (ask a question)
-Logo top left of the screen
-A panel at the top of the screen with the following tabs (how it works, become a professional, sign in, register)
-A dialogue box that allows you to ask a question, and select the category.
-Place showing pricing of different categories (doctors $25, lawyer $20, etc)
-News/Magazines buzzing about our website (eg forbes, tech crunch etc)
Page 2 - Profile Expert Section
-This should have a panel on the left of the screen that allows you to sort by sub category (kind of like ebay) but in this instance, if someone asked a doctor a question, the subcategory will be 1)dentist, cardiologist etc, 2)online, offline 3) price high to low, 4) rankings high to low
-The right side will have the expert profiles summarizing their qualifications along with a picture and their status/rankings
