Delivering a great customer experience is very important for a brand to differentiate from its competitors and obtain the loyalty of its customers.

We have developed a solution that measures the quality of the customer experience at multi-unit organizations (banks, hotels, restaurants, theaters, etc).

It basically works as follows: after a customer visits a branch or store he / she is invited to complete a short web survey about its experience in exchange for an incentive (free product on their next visit, 20% discount on their next purchase, etc).

Customers complete the survey and the results are used to prepare a series of automated reports (dashboards, scorecards, etc) which store managers, operations managers and other executives from the client company can access online to analyze their performance in different service and product-related attributes. For example, for a restaurant we would measure things like hostess friendliness, restaurant cleanliness, quality of food and beverages, atmosphere, etc

All this information is used by our client company to develop improvement plans to act on all those areas which are affecting the customer experience at their locations so as to reduce the number of dissatisfied customers and increase the percentage of delighted customers.

Thanks to everyone for their entries. Please avoid using words directly associated to the product (loyalty, satisfaction, customer, experience, etc). Instead, please focus in analogies. For example: MumbleBoost referring to the product´s ability to collect mumbling thoughts from customers´heads and boost its volume so that our client can listen to it, or Grasshopper (its loud sound could be an analogy to the customer´s voice and its leap an analogy to the possibility of big changes in the customer experience as a result of the data gathered)
