LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
This project is a four-color brochure cover. It is advertising a seminar for public speaking. We are a business-to-business training provider. We offer over 100 training courses to business professionals across the U.S. We do this through direct mail brochures and email. Each course we offer has a unqiue brochure that we send to appropriate candidates. This particular brochure advertises a public speaking seminar. It is for anyone who speaks in public, in any job role. The most important part of the advertising is the title set-up and design.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a four-color brochure cover that is 650 pixels wide. It will be used in print medium and then converted to email.
The title is the most important. Note that there are a few hotspots highlighted in the attached YPSK cover copy document. Those need to have visual prominance on the cover (but always secondary to the title).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Anyone who speaks in public - managers, team leaders, directors, HR pros, assistants, business professionals, etc.
We want the customers to think (to know) they are getting quality training. We want them to know that we are modern and only offer the most recent and relevant training tips. We don't want to look dated. We want to stand out. The brochure should feel warm and engaging. Public speaking is a fear many people have so the print piece should invite them in and make them feel at east. Nothing plain and boring - something they'll just skim over. Let's face it, public speaking is easy enough to put off.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
I like the larger header/title setup on these. I like the bold use of colors as well. Nice readable titles.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We must have the project be 650 pixels wide. NO reverse type (or if you must, use it VERY sparingly).
I need to view a PDF file but the final files (and images, fonts) need to be a PSD.
