What do you do?
We are a bodyshop (repairing cars after accidents).
How many pages of print design do you need?
Just 1. It is not exactely a page but a huge commercial banner on our building
List the size requirement(s) for your print design
6 meters high on 15 meters large (see picture 'BodyShop.jpg' to see what is hanging there now).
What is your industry?
Describe the target audience for your print design
Though we are a bodyshop, we have full equipment with spraybooths, paints, environmental approvals,... to paint much more than just cars. Therefore, we would like to widen our activity and inform potential customers that we can basically paint everything.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
- We can paint every object in any color
- We want a design that cannot be missed and will be remembered. Now when people come to my bodyshop, they often call to ask where we are. We then answer: we are next to our neighbor xyz. I want a design that everybody sees and remembers when passing by so that in the future, my neighbor gets phone calls and needs to answer: I am situated next to wonitrol.
- I want a picture that is very appealing but very tasteful at the same time.
Style and Concept
What print design styles do you like?
Very basic. People drive by our building in a car. So not much time to look at the image in detail.
So I need a very clear and immediately catchy image.
What colors do you want to see in your print design?
Any colors are fine
What colors do you NOT want to see in your print design?
No limitations but keep it simple and stupid please.
What adjectives should best describe your print design?
Classy, tastefull, colorfull but catchy
How will you use the print design?
It will be printed 6x15 meters and effectively hung for several years on our building.
What content must be included in the print design?
See attached files with some ideas that I had myself.
I am not designer as you will see. I just copy/pasted images I got from shutterstock. I have an account on shutterstock to buy the images legally and in high definition.
On my example the text says on the left: we paint everything.
Then right it says: well, nearly (as we cannot paint people).
There is a second example of a professional designer (bache01). Nice but needs rework and this will take time. Then I heard about crowdspring and decided to launch it on the web. Who can do better?
On my website www.wonitrol.be, there is another very speaking image but I must admit that although it is very speaking, it does not answer the adjectives 'classy, tastefull,...' sufficiently.
