LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are an exciting new entertainment facility. Our golf game is changing the way people play and think about golf. The games are accessible to all and we even provide free rental clubs so no previous experience or equipment is required.

The game is played from a building that looks like a driving range, 5 players play in each bay but the clever part is that each ball is microchipped and there are huge targets on the range. So, when your ball lands in a target the microchip gives you a score based on the distance and accuracy of your shot.

We also have full restaurant faclities, a bar, outdoor patio area and mini golf.

We have 4 key customer groups:

Young guys 18-30

Families with kids aged 8+

Active golfers

Corporate events/team building

There are 3 TopGolf Game Centres in the US and another 3 in the UK. The designs we are looking for will be incorporated across all of those facilities. See www.topgolfusa.com for details and pictures of our facilities

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking for a concept to create the following materials to tell people about our birthday parties:

Posters to be used in centre

Flyers (likely DL sized) for use in centre & for distribution at community events in goody bags etc. Introducing kids parties but not going into detail on the packages. We want the material to prompt customers to contact our events team/go to the internet for further info.

Email header for use on emails to kids offering them a free game on their birthday (will be sent to people on our own database)

Invitations - printed and available to email to guests.

Full copy will be supplied following concept being agreed.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Kids aged 8-12 years old.

Parents of 8-12 year olds.

Boys and girls love TopGolf but we tend to have more boys join us

Looking for a new and fun venue for a party.

TopGolf is a fun and safe environment for kids.

Everyone can join in, even the parents.

It's better than bowling!

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Our standard headers are Gothin 821, our body copy is calibri.

We like bright, fun colours. I have attached some examples of recent work

Our photography library is in need of an update but we do have some pictures available that are suitable.

We also have some good testimonials from kids and parents saying how much they love TopGolf. These can be incorporated.

We like to keep things simple - less copy, more pics

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Must have on the poster - kids looking like they're having a good time.

Not too much emphasis on golf. This game is different. Customers tend to liken it more to bowling than golf.
