Over 60% of Americans are either over-weight, over-spent or over-scheduled and some people think, Ive hit the trifecta! The reason for this is humanities ability to create abundance has exceeded our ability to resist temptation. Weve never had more food, more credit, and more recreation options, right at our finger tips. We know what we should be doing, we just struggle to get ourselves to do it.
The human brain is not naturally structured to resist the pressures of today. We are wired to act on our emotions first, logic second, and our emotions tell us to make the choice with the most immediate return, regardless of future consequences.
To escape this culture of excess, you have to start by reconditioning your brain, erasing the never enough mindset of our culture. Next you will have to build new skills, not part of our conditioning, in order to thrive surrounded by temptations that most people cant resist.

Who are your readers?
Broad appeal. Pop culture and/or personal growth.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your readers with this design?
The original title for the book was How To Not Be Fat, Broke and Busy. Catchy, but offensive to some, maybe a little over the top. Would have a hard time using it as a keynote title and people might feel uncomfortable recommending it to a friend, but it does touch on a nerve for people. We hope Never Enough Nation does too and want the cover to have people think, "Wow, I do feel like I never have enough and am fat, broke and or busy.
Also want a fun feel, not too serious, heavy or deep.
We are drawn to simple, not over the top or overly complicated. Not a deal breaker though if something works.
The leading candidate for the cover is attached. If we can't find anything we like better, this is what we will be using. Feel free to improve on the idea or come up with something better.
