Scott F. Langmack
The conventional wisdom is that it is hard to get a job, and as such, people who are currently in jobs hold on to their job even if they hate it, as the fear of losing a job is one of the most terrifying things. People who are not in jobs struggle to find a job, because they actually practice all the wrong things when conducting a search. By showing people how hiring really works, how career sites really work, how to work with Recruiters, and how to enable your network to actively work to bring great jobs to you, job finding becomes easy, energetic, and even fun. When you know that job finding is easy, you then know that you should never settle for any job that is less than ideal. You then know that the riskiest thing you can do is to stay in a job that does not inspire you, as you do no produce your best work, and as such you limit all your potential.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your design?
nothing is tabu
Describe the style(s) you like (traditional, modern, etc.)
this should be somewhat modern, current, as it relates to a web site and the intersection of digital world and people. The overarching theme is that you need to let the computers do the hard work, and you need to spend your time with people, not computers. Nobody ever got a job from a computer.
What content must be included in your design?
