Target Audience
What is your industry?
Other
Describe the target audience for your print design
They are recreational clay target shooters (skeet). They compete in 8 to 15 tournaments a year. its a very small community of shooter that shoot this through the country. Average age 45 to 60. Mostly male , 10% women. Average income.....90k plus
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
Very much like the fed x cup in golf. There are going to be assigned official tournament cities. Points are
assigned at each for champ and places. Money payout at the end of tournament. What i wish to communicate is "AMERICAN, COME TO THESE TEXAS TOURNAMENTS"...with a warm invitations saying "we want you"..maybe like the uncle sam graphic with him pointing at you. That problem with that mental imagine is that its not very friendly and makes you want to run the other way.....so it may not be possible to do that without intimidating the audience. Maybe a silhouette side view of that would be less intimidating. I just don't know it that would work. I'm open to any and all ideas, its call the "Texas Tour".
One other thing i would like to mention. Often graphic designs like to something with the image of a clay target......that has been successfully used for decades.........however unless it is presented in a graphically usual way ( like an artistic masterpiece) i would avoid it.
