What do you do?

I provide strategic planning services which means I help small and medium sized businesses figure out what their longer term business objectives and plans are. I do the work - or design and facilitate the process for a management team. I help them create a path to the future

I can make a large room meeting or planning workshop effective and productive with my core values of Neutrality, Transparency and Curiosity. I facilitate a variety of meetings such as project planning, discovery workshops, executive and management planning meetings, partner meetings. They can be a couple of hours or days. I love this work because better conversations happen when I'm facilitating, which means better results.

I need a print design for a proposal cover page, and a second page

My target clients are businesses in the 50 - 200 employee size range, located in Alberta. I would typically be retained by the President or Vice President. My clients are manufacturers and oil and gas producers, often entrepreneurs who know how to get things done, but don't know how to 'do strategy'.

I will use it on business cards, letterhead; I use it to send proposals to clients; and to prepare final written documents as a deliverable. I will use it to develop a power point template. It may be used to develop and send post cards (direct communications). It will also go on my social media sites and on a future web site.
