I've included a study prospectus that goes through the fundamental benefits of the study. We focus on Benchmarking, Best Practice, and Client Empowerment. Items that are included in the study: Staffing, Compensation, Time Allocation, Organizational Structure, Processes.

Included in the attachment is the study prospectus. It should help with the design aesthetic of the cover.
