I am targeting homes in the range of $500k and up. I own a Matterport 3D camera that I would like to use as my tool to get more listings. I want to offer a free 3D walk through on homes of people looking to sell. The people
I am marketing to have a good amount of equity in their homes and can cash in with the market height. The 3D walk through is a new way of showing your home online virtually that gets more views than the basic listings.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your print design?
It is a good time to sell.
I have the tools to help them get their house sold quickly.
There is no risk. I'll do the walk through for free and if they don't like how I do things they can cancel the listing contract.

Golds, black, silver, anything thought of of elegant by higher earners.

I will send out mailers to the list of homes I have to try and procure listings by offering the free 3D walkthrough which can cost around $300. It is theirs to keep even if the deal falls through

I want the design to state my name, Nick Cozzetto, that I am a real estate agent with Keller Williams, and that it is basically a risk free valuation of their home and free 3D walk through that comes with a listing.
