Style and Concept
WHAT STYLES DO YOU LIKE?
As the dance show involves many dance styles (old, traditional, modern and
edgy) from a range of dancers, design concepts must incorporate a balance
that will show artistry while being practical and functional. Note that the
2010 show is the 10th anniversary of the FEET with Heat DANCExtravaganza.
WHAT COLORS DO YOU LIKE OR HATE?
No preference but will show artistry while being practical and functional

The Trust requires print design work for a dance show poster.
The poster will be printed in A2 - 420mm x 594mm.
The Trust has evolved and we now need to focus on professional public
branding as the Trust is heading into more promotional and arts management
-The show poster must include sponsorship acknowledgement, sponsor logos,
the usual when/where/cost, incorporate photos of all performers and special
guests (note that this can be 10-14 performance groups and 1-3 special
guests; of whom these will be
finalised after close off). An example of a
previous design is included (note: these were not professionally designed).
Final output will therefore need to be edited by the Dance Trust (currently
have access to InDesign (about 2006 edition) and Corel Draw X3).
In addition there is the prospect of additional work as we are in need of a flyer and
contemplating the upgrading and/or improving the dance show programme so in
line, design wise with show poster
