We are a parking lot maintenance & construction company that has been in operation for 27 years. We have a VERY streamlined sales & marketing strategy....crappy website that we will change over this winter....and a variety of other tactics that have worked well over the years.
Our website, though not one of our $15 mill in revenue has been driven from it is www.bluechipp.com. Our other company that performs parking lot sweeping is www.chamberlainsweeping.com Again, we have a strategy that is customer driven that will drive our changes this winter.
We do asphalt paving, concrete, drainage, line striping, crack sealing, sealcoating, snow plowing, line striping, power washing...to name a few of the services we provide.
We have a process where we utilize CRM in a precise manner, direct mail, email etc to continue to drive trial of our services.
We have built and maintained many of the top commercial a nd industrial properties in the Cincinnati Area.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We want to drive immediate revenue with the following services: (sweeping, crack sealing, parking lot maintenance ( such as crack sealing, line striping, repair), line striping, snow plowing).
Would like to create a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (sheet of paper folded in half) where our people would hand deliver with pricing included in the book for each of the above services. Our estimators would visually inspect the parking lot and provide a quote to the prospect....it would be fast, efficient and deliver an inexpensive, quick decision response. The layout would include pricing to be written in for each of the above services. We could print these in house if necessary..or even customize them....for instance based on each City we are passing them out.
Thought was a very interesting front page that would gather attention....do not start out with Blue Chip...we will end with Blue Chip....maybe we have a spin with something to the effect of "Stimulus Parking Lot Package".....who knows...but I have always used clever, non industry fun stuff to gain trial and repaeat from our clients.
Inside we will have 2 pages to fill....again....simple is great.. We have a TON of high level local clients like IKEA, McDonalds, Kenwood Town Center (Best Local shopping center) Kroger (largest food store), The Great Wolf Lodge (Largest indoor water park)
Perhaps start with needs of customer.....our solution..pricing....then a short story of what makes us a faster, better solution.
