Step 1: Needs Assessment When TalentFoot takes on a new search, we begin by getting to know our hiring team. Its important for us to take the time to learn about the companys leadership team, culture, history, and the current business objectives.

Step 2: Position Profile A critical piece of a successful search is building a comprehensive and detailed job profile. TalentFoot conducts structured discussions with decision makers and hiring managers to develop a complete overview of the position. This 1-2 page document will include everything from the necessary skill-set based on the key business objectives and what the new hires day-to-day responsibilities will include.

Step 3: Research TalentFoot commits a lead search strategist, candidate development manager and a dedicated research team to every search assignment. A careful analysis of the company, industry, competitors, and marketplace will serve to guide the search strategy. A comprehensive target list is built to guide the sourcing process.

Step 4: Candidate Evaluation - Using behavioral and performance-based assessments, your lead search strategist qualifies candidates based on job skills and necessary experience. Additionally, we have structured retention-variable and social intelligence assessments resources to ensure that top contenders have both the sticking power and people skills necessary to leverage their abilities long-term in client organizations. A final candidate pool, which includes the top 10% of qualified candidates, is the final result of our evaluation process.

Step 5: Presentation - Selected candidates from the final candidate pool will be presented for consideration to your hiring team. A detailed summary and resume of each finalist will be presented for consideration. The candidate presentation includes reasons for career moves, specific reasons as to why this candidate is a fit for your organizations needs, current compensation, compensation expectations and availability to interview.

Step 6: Reference Check - Careful attention is given to conducting detailed reference checks with previous supervisors and direct reports. A comprehensive summary is provided to the hiring team.

Step 7: Negotiation - We work to ensure that negotiations go smoothly and serve as a helpful intermediary in the sensitive and detailed process of hiring negotiations.

Step 8: Retention Call - Post-hire integration and long-term retention are key facets to any successful hire. TalentFoot maintains consistent contact with placed candidates and their employers to ensure a successful transition and integration process.
