LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Founded in 1992, the annual Kellogg India Business Conference (KIBC) was the first business school conference on India in the U.S. In the past, Kellogg has hosted leaders such as N.R. Narayana Murthy, Indra Nooyi, Baba Kalyani, Kishore Biyani, Kanwal Rekhi, Rajat Gupta, P. Chidambaram, Kamal Nath, Professor C.K. Prahalad and Shekhar Kapur. KIBC is one of Kelloggs most well-attended conferences attracting well over 450 attendees consisting of entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, Kellogg faculty, students and alumni.

The 2010 KIBC - "India: Remarkable, Resilient, Relevant" - will discuss the opportunities and challenges that will shape Indias role in the emerging world order. On May 8, 2010, Kellogg will bring business and thought leaders together to dissect the forces shaping Indias future - a young and entrepreneurial workforce, maturing financial institutions, an evolving democracy and explore the insights India could provide to a world seeking growth and stability.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a single page (single-fold or tri-fold) brochure design to be used as the conference brochure. We shall use it for the purpose of marketing the conference to potential sponsors as well as inviting guests to the conference.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Our primary audience are local entrepreneurs, professionals, Kellogg faculty and students who are interested in Indian business issues.

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Ideally, we would like someone to design a brochure that is eye-catching, relates to the theme of the conference (refer to the description of our conference) and is memorable. If you consider what was done in the sample linked above, the designer chose an image that was unique, highly relevant to the theme, and captivating. Consider art work of Indian origin, the Indian flag colors (saffron, white, blue and green), symbols of Indian culture, or photos of aspects of India while designing the brochure. Consider these underlying themes - India is a young country, a highly entrepreneurial country, rapidly growing economy, a stable democracy, a country with strong institution and a country with one foot in the future and the other foot in the past - while designing the brochure.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

We must have a logo design for the conference title (India: Remarkable, Resilient, Relevant) in a banner style with an image or background graphic representing the theme of the conference. There must be space in the brochure to include the sponsors of the conference and a brief description (250 words) of the conference.
