HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
See below:FCSI/NAFEM Recommended Specification Sheet
Layout Figures: Front Page | Back Page
General Information
The following guidelines are comprehensive recommendations for specification sheet format, where all required information can be printed on a single 8-1/2" x 11" sheet utilizing both front and back pages.
Black ink on white paper is strongly recommended for most brochures. Where colored inks are desired, high contrast colors should be used for reproduction in photocopy machines.
It is important to note that on certain types of equipment the amount of information will require the use of more than two pages. When this is the case, it is recommended that the following pages may then be modified to contain the complete data on the product shown.
Where appropriate the following information should be included on the specification sheet:
Gas, Steam, Water
Show required working pressures and rates for water (GPM and consumption in GPH), gas (type and BTU per hour), steam (BHP and lbs. per hour).
Show maximum and minimum working pressures and whether pressure reducing valves are required as accessories.
Show any variations caused by use of different types of gas (natural, LP, butane, etc.).
Note size and type of connections (1/2", 2", etc.).
Where waste connections are required, show size and recommended type.
Electric
Indicate complete power requirements in voltage, phase, amps, and watts, and include variations.
Show whether provided with internal fusing, push button, and recommended necessary disconnect switches, etc. Note unusual wiring requirements.
Show whether control circuit characteristics vary from power requirements, whether separate circuit is required, and whether 3, 4, or 5 wire service is required.
Include cord set connection (type/NEMA configuration).
For connections, show KW and amps per line so that it can be determined if loading is balanced.
Ventilation
Show exhaust requirements in CFM, and static pressure at outlet.
Specify connection sizes.
Other
Show minimum door entry clearances.
Indicate number of cartons/crates for each item where on-site assembly is required.
Show what is not standard, but essential to proper operation
Include listing of all accessories and options.
