The walkthrough guide print design will be filled out with content and sent as a static document. No changes. It will need to be in a word document format so that we're able to insert content easily or add/delete without it being too difficult.
The plan template will be simple and it will be filled out by the end user.
What content must be included in the print design?
The guide outline shows how the guidebook will be laid out. The following templates will be needed:
Walkthrough Guidebook
-Cover Page
-Section Cover Pages (see guide outline for sections like activation, operations, etc)
-Content Page w/ three photos on the right hand side of the page
-Content Page w/ a fillable table
-Content Page w/ a call-out box on the right hand side
-Content Page w/ a flow chart/timeline that can be expanded/filled out
-Content Page that's blank
Plan Template
-Cover Page (plain, no graphics)
-Blank content pages
Two major themes for the project are hospitals and time. So a digital "24" style clock and hospital imagery is great if it can be added.
