Juvenile Diabetes Cure Alliance

What do you do?

The Juvenile Diabetes Cure Alliance is an advocacy nonprofit changing the paradigm of type 1 diabetes research. It is the only organization working toward a Practical Cure for type 1 diabetes in the next 15 years. The Alliance represents a growing community of over 58,000 people with type 1 diabetes and donors who want a cure for type 1 in the foreseeable, rather than distant, future. The JDCA publishes regular reports on a variety of topics related to cure progress and advises donors on how to give for a Practical Cure. Our website has more information about our mission and services to the type 1 diabetes community: www.thejdca.org

What content must be included in the print design?

1 image/photo to illustrate an advocacy statement that we will be using for a campaign to encourage awareness and action for type 1 diabetes cure research. The statement is:

We want the image to make the statement come to life- the image should help to pull the viewer in and make them engage with the statement. The image/photo should help to paint a portrait or snapshot of what life is like with type 1 diabetes and why we so desperately need a cure.
